How to get my PalmPay account number?
The PalmPay mobile app is available for download on the Google Playstore and the iOS app store. After installing the app, you can launch and register on the app by providing all the required details including your phone number, email address and more.
The phone number that you use in registering for a PalmPay account will serve as your PalmPay account number.
For example, if the phone number you used in registering your account is 08171530466, then your account number will be “8171530466”.
With this account number, you can receive money from anyone.
How to fund PalmPay wallet?
You can fund your PalmPay wallet via different means:
- USSD
- Transfer
- Cash
- ATM card
USSD
You can receive money on your Palmpay account with USSD by following the below:
- Click on the “Fund” option on your PalmPay account dashboard
- Select the USSD option from the list
- Enter or select the amount you want to add to your wallet
- Select the bank to transfer from and click on the confirm button
- Copy the code on your screen
- Dial the code, enter your bank transaction PIN to authorize the transfer
Transfer
You can receive money by transfer from another PalmPay account or other bank accounts, all you have to do is copy your PalmPay account number and share.
To transfer, you will need to Paste the PalmPay account number and select PalmPay as the bank, follow the prompts.
Cash
You can also fund your PalmPay wallet by taking cash to the nearest PalmPay POS agent, you will give them the cash and also your PalmPay account number.
They will fund your PalmPay wallet with the cash equivalent.
ATM card
Another way to fund your PalmPay account is via your ATM card, click on Bank funding, and input your ATM card details like CVV, ATM card number and PIN.
How to register on PalmPay
- Setting up a PalmPay app is fast and easy
- After downloading the PalmPay App from the Google Play or iOS App Store;
- Launch the PalmPay App
- Tap ‘Sign up / Login PalmPay’ on the bottom on the screen.
- Tap ‘Sign up’
- If prompted to ‘Allow PalmPay to access this device’s location?’, tap ‘Allow’.
- Enter your ‘Mobile number’ and friend ‘Invitation code’ if you have one.
- Tap ‘Agree & Next’.
- You will receive a one-time password (OTP) shortly.
- Enter the OTP.
- You will be prompted to set your 4-digit PIN, and enter in your desired pin twice and you have registered.
