• You must provide a valid means of identification such as NIN, driver’s license, or voter’s card.
• You need to be able to provide five numbers you regularly call.
• You must be able to provide details on the amount and date of your last recharge.
• Provide three websites you visit regularly.

The following are steps on how to retrieve your glo lost sim;

Via Glo Office

You can visit the nearest Glo outlet/office to retrieve your sim. Here are the following steps;

• Visit the nearest Glo service point in your area.
• Approach the agent in the office and inform them you want to retrieve your Glo sim.
• Provide any Glo line that has never been used or purchase a new Glo sim.
• The agent would request personal information about the lost sim, such as the three websites you visit regularly.
• The agent would also request your lost sim pack or an affidavit attesting to ownership of the lost sim and your National Identification Number (NIN).
• When your information is verified, all your contacts will be restored to the new sim, and your old number will be retained.

Via Glo Customer Care Agent

• Ensure you have a glo line that has never been used or purchase a new Glo sim.
• Dial 121 to contact a Glo customer care with your new Glo sim, or dial 08050020121 with any other network provider to speak to any Glo customer care agent.
• Listen to the prerecorded option and select the option to speak with a customer care agent.
• When connected to a customer care agent, then request for sim retrieval.
• The agent will request your personal detail and other necessary information to verify you are the line owner.
• When your information is verified, all your contacts will be restored to the new sim, and your old number will be retained.
