Transfer issues
If you are having problems with transfer, for example, if the money you sent has been deposited from your bank account, but the beneficiary is yet to receive it or vice versa, then there are a few things you can do.
You will have to check your bank account balance and make sure that you have been debited and the money went through and also check your transaction history to see if it went through successfully.
Ask the beneficiary to check their account balance to see if the money has reflected, even though they may not have received a corresponding alert.
Make sure you wait at least 72 hours before visiting the bank or contacting the GTbank customer care i.e. if the money has still not been deposited on the beneficiary account or reversed back to yours.
Mobile app
If you are having issues with the GTbank mobile app ranging from not being able to login, not being able to complete transactions, app keeps crashing and more, then there are a few things you can try to ensure that the problem is not from your end.
Check to see if you have a valid data plan and that it is not exhausted, also make sure that your data connection is working and that the problem is not from your service provider.
You can try updating the app and also uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if it works. Clear your storage, if you have little space on your phone and try again.
If after doing the above, you are still having problems, you may need to wait a while and try again or use any other means to complete the transaction, at least until the app starts working again.

Make sure you are dialing the correct GTbank USSD 737 and that you are doing so from the phone number registered with your bank account.
Also make sure you are follow the prompts very quickly, otherwise you might get an error message.
Internet banking
Issues with GTbank internet banking can range from being unable to login, being unable to complete transactions and more.
Make sure you are logging in with your correct User ID and password, and that you have registered for internet banking.
