How to check BVN on GTbank mobile app

One very easy way to check your BVN is on the GTworld mobile app. You will need to be registered on Mobile banking before you can use this method.
If you have not yet registered for mobile banking, then you will need to download the GTworld app from the playstore or app store (depending on whether you are an android user or iPhone user).
After downloading the GTworld app, you will need to register with your debit card and login using your user ID and password.
After logging in to the app, all you have to do is click on the MENU icon and your BVN will be boldly written there.
Very easy, just take note of it, so you won’t forget it again.

How to check BVN on GTbank internet banking
Another method to check your BVN is via Gtbank internet banking. Before you van check using this method, you need to be registered for GTbank internet banking.
To register for internet banking, you will need to visit the GTbank official website and follow the prompts.
To check your BVN via Gtbank internet banking, you will need to login using your User ID and password, then click on the MENU option and you will see your BVN number displayed there alongside your account balance and account number.
How to check BVN on GTbank via USSD *737#
You can also check your BVN on GTbank by using the GTbank USSD *737#. To use 737, you will need to have registered for USSD. You can only do so from the phone number that is linked to your bank account.
Once you have registered and activated GTbank USSD, you can then dial *737*6*1#,you may be asked for your four digit PIN number, before your BVN will be displayed alongside your account balance.

USSD code for checking BVN
Many people don’t know that there is a general USSD code for checking BVN that covers all networks (MTN, Airtel, 9mobile, Glo) and also all banks in Nigeria.
This code must be typed on the phone number that is linked to your BVN, otherwise it won’t work.
All you have to do is type *565*0# and your BVN will be displayed to you, although it will cost you 20 naira each time you check.
Other methods to check your BVN on GTbank
Going to the banking halls
As a last resort, you can step into the GTbank banking halls and head straight for the customer to request for your BVN. You may be asked a few questions before they will discard the information.
