Types of fidelity bank token
There are two types of fidelity bank token:
- Soft token
- Hard token
Soft token
This type of token you can easily generate through the token app on your phone. It requires you to install the token app and connect to the internet to generate it.
These soft token have a validity period of which you must have used them.
Hard token
This type of token cannot be gotten on your phone, you will need to visit the bank and apply for it. The hard token can be used anytime you want and usually does not expire like the soft one.

- Google playstore or iOS app store
- Active internet connection
- Fidelity bank internet banking details
- Data subscription
