A photocopy of any valid means of identification ( National ID, International passport, Voters card or Drivers license )
2 passport photos
A signed Capricorn Digital Limited agreement form
A signed Capricorn Digital Limited guarantor form

All payments to be made are as follow

Baxi box POS device leasing cost: ₦90,000

Baxi box license fee: ₦5,000

Select Capricorn Digital Limited.
Enter your details and confirm your transaction.
On confirmation you will be requested to enter the token, then click on submit.
A receipt will be generated.
