- Your ID, which can be your international passport, voter’s card, national ID card or driver’s license.
- Last 3 months’ utility bill which can be NEPA bill (electricity bill), rent bill or any other bill.
- A passport photograph
- A duly signed from which is issued by the bank.

To upgrade your keystone bank account, you will need to make sure you have the above requirements and head to the nearest Keystone bank branch.
You will then walk to the customer service desk and let them know you want to upgrade your keystone bank account. They will give you a form to fill, which will require details like bank verification number (BVN), email address, home address, account number, phone number and many more.
Make sure you fill the form correctly with all the required details and then submit to the customer service representative. They will then process your request and your account should be upgraded in not more than 24 hours.
