- On the JiJi.ng app, login with your username and password
- Click on your profile at the bottom right hand corner
- Click on SETTINGS
- Scroll down and click on DELETE MY ACCOUNT FOREVER
- Continue to account deletion
- Input the reason why you want to delete you JiJi account
- You will be sent an account deletion confirmation link, which you will have to click and your account will be deleted.
OR
- Login to the email address that you used to register your JiJi account, make sure it is the same email address.
- You will then need to compose an email, clearly stating that you want your JiJi account to be cancelled, deleted or deactivated.
- Make sure that the subject of your email clearly states your intention e.g. “Request to delete JiJi account”
- Send the email to support@JiJi.ng
- Once your email is received, JiJi will process your request and delete your account.
