The Glo night plan allows you to surf the internet in the midnight at a reduced cost from the periods of 12:00 – 5:00. This plan is intended for customers who want to use a high amount of data in a very short period of time.

The following are some of the few reasons why your Glo night plan might not be working:

Time

The night plan only begins to work after 12:12 midnight, so trying to browse with it before that time will obviously not work.

All you have to do is wait for the time, then you can begin browsing with your Glo night plan.

Subscription

Before using the night plan, you will have to subscribe to it by dialing the code and following the on-screen prompts.

If you do not have enough money to cover the subscription, then it obviously will not go through or perhaps you didn’t follow the instructions, as you should have in order to activate the night plan.

All you have to do is check your Glo night plan balance to confirm if your subscription was successful.

Exhausted

Another reason why your night plan might not work, may be because you have already exhausted the amount of data given to you.

To confirm this, you will need to check your night plan balance to see if you still have data or if you will probably need to subscribe again.

NOTE: There is a limited amount to how many times you can subscribe each night.

Data connection

You can also check to see if your data connection is properly turned on. Obviously, you will not be able to surf the internet, if your data connection is not turned on.

Turn on your data connection and try again to see if it works.

Network

Another reason your night plan may not be working, might be because you have poor service at the moment. So you will have to move around a little bit to see if you get service or wait a little while for the network to return back to normal.

Reboot

You can also try rebooting your phone or turning off the airplane mode and turning it back on again. This seems to fix the issue for some users.

All you have to do is restart your phone or toggle the airplane mode button and see if your night plan starts working again.
