1. Your ID, which can be your international passport, voter’s card, national ID card or driver’s license.
2. Last 3 months’ utility bill which can be NEPA bill (electricity bill), rent bill or any other bill.

Once you have the above requirements, you are to walk into any Union bank branch closest to you and head straight to the customer service department, and let the know you want to upgrade your Union bank account.

You will be asked if you have the above requirements, and if confirmed you do, you will be given a form to fill.

This form will require details like your bank verification number (BVN), email address, home address, account number, phone number and many more.

Make sure you fill the form correctly and return it back to the desk of the customer service. As long as everything is done correctly, your account will be upgraded in not more than 24 hours.
