We’ve all been in this situation a time or two and I can testify, it’s not a nice experience. You have to return home to get it. And if you are far away from home, you have to look for someone who can assist you with the money.

But if you have your phone with you, you don’t have to go through all that stress. With your mobile app or USSD code, you can withdraw your money from an ATM.

In this post, I’ll be showing you a step-by-step procedure on how to withdraw from Union bank without your ATM card.

 

How to Withdraw from Union Bank without your ATM card.

There are two ways to do this;

1. Using USSD code.
2. Using Union banking mobile app.

Union bank Cardless Withdrawal Using USSD code.

One advantage of this method is that you don’t have to be connected to the internet. Using your phone dial, you can withdraw from an ATM.

Follow these steps.

Step 1: On your phone dial, press “*826*7*amount#” and dial.

Step 2: Input your pin in the space provided.

Note: Your pin is the one you use for Union bank USSD transactions. And the sim card must be registered with your Union bank account.

Step 3: Union bank will send a pay code and OTP (One Time Password) via SMS.

Step 4: Go to any ATM that supports cardless withdrawal.

Step 5: Press on the enter key, or any key and choose pay code.

Step 6: Input the pay code you were given via SMS.

Step 7: Input the OTP (One Time Password).

Step 8: Write the amount you wish to withdraw and submit.

Congratulations! The ATM will dispense your cash!

But if you aren’t comfortable with USSD codes, the mobile app is another option.

Union bank Cardless Withdrawal Using Union Bank Mobile app.

For this to work, you must have the mobile bank app installed on your device. You can get it through Playstore or Apple store for iOS users.

Also, ensure your Union bank account is connected to the mobile app.

If you’ve done all that, you can withdraw your money from ATM without an ATM card using these steps;

Step 1: Log in to the Union back app.

Step 2: Click on the tab “Cardless withdrawal”

Step 3: Select the amount you wish to withdraw.

Step 4: Put in your pin and generate a token.

Note: The pin here is the one you use for Union bank mobile app transactions.

Step 5: You’ll be sent a pay code and OTP (One Time Password) to the sim registered to your Union bank account.

Step 6: Go to any ATM that supports cardless withdrawal.

Step 7: Press on the enter key, or any key and choose pay code.

Step 8: Input the pay code sent to you via SMS.

Step 9: Input the OTP (One Time Password) sent via SMS

Step 10: Write the amount you which to withdraw and submit.

Congratulations once again!

With this, you don’t need to be stranded on the road or supermarket because you left your ATM card.
