How to check access bank account number via USSD?

To check your account number, follow the below instructions:

  1. Dial *901#
  2. You will be shown options like Check balance, Transfer, Airtime, Other services, Diamond Xtra
  3. Select Other services and the press SEND
  4. You would then be shown options like Payday loan, bill payment, data, enquiry services, reset PIN, cardless withdrawal, referral scheme, opt out.
  5. Select enquiry services and press SEND
  6. You will be shown options like mini statement, BVN enquiry, account number enquiry.
  7. Select account number enquiry
  8. You will then need to enter the last 6 digits of your ATM card and press SEND
  9. Your account number will be displayed on the screen. Make sure you note it down for future reference purposes.

 

How to check access bank account number via customer care?

Another way to get your access bank number is by contacting the access bank customer care, either by phone number or on social media (Facebook, twitter).

Once you are able to get the verified phone number/social media handle, contact them and request for your account number.

You might be asked to provide any of the following:

  1. Your full name
  2. Phone number of the designated bank account
  3. Next of kin
  4. Date of birth
  5. Home address
  6. The bank branch which you registered the bank account.

Once you are able to provide these information, you will definitely get your account number. Make sure you note it down for future reference purposes.

How to check access bank account number using mobile app?

Another way to get your access bank account number is by using the access bank mobile app. All you have to do is login to the app using your User ID and password.

Once you have successfully logged in, you will be able to view your account number on the dashboard.

How to check access bank account number using ATM?

Another method to get your access bank account number is via the ATM machine. If you are with your ATM card and there is a close by ATM machine (it doesn’t have to be an access bank ATM machine), you can slot your ATM card to the machine.

You will have to navigate to enquiry and request for your account number and it will be displayed to you. Make sure you note it down for future reference purposes.

 

As last resort, you can easily visit the nearest access bank branch and request for your bank account number. Make sure you have the following ready:

  1. Your full name
  2. Phone number of the designated bank account
  3. Next of kin
  4. Date of birth
  5. Home address
  6. The bank branch which you registered the bank account.
