How to cancel order on Jumia?
There are many reasons why you may want to cancel an order on Jumia, from having a change of mind after placing an order, making an unplanned order, finding a better product with a better price and more.
Whatever the reason, you will need to know how to cancel an order on Jumia by following the below instructions:
- Login to your Jumia account
- Click on your name at the top right hand corner of your account
- Scroll to ORDERS
- Click on ORDERS in the dropdown MENU
- All your ORDERS will be shown (This consists of all orders that you have placed which have been delivered and the ones you have placed which has not been delivered).
- Click on SEE DETAILS which is one the side of the ORDERS
- You will be directed to the product page with the option to CANCEL ITEM or TRACK MY ITEM
- Click on CANCEL ITEM and state the reason why you are cancelling your order from the dropdown MENU
- Go back to your ORDERS page to see if the ORDER has been cancelled
If you chose the pay on delivery option, then that is pretty much it, otherwise you will have to wait for Jumia to reverse your money.
Jumia will return your money to your JumiaPay account wallet in a period of 1-4 business days.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the only thing you can do is to return back the product by following the Jumia Policy requirements.

You will need to log the request and package the product, then you can drop it off on any of the required locations or wait for someone to come pick it up.
