The entire process is very quick and it doesn’t take long, if you know what you are doing. The transaction limit is 20,000 naira on a single transaction.

UBA cardless withdrawal with USSD code

To perform UBA cardless withdrawal with USSD code, follow the below instructions:

  1. Dial *919*30*Amount#
  2. Enter your 919 PIN
  3. Select account to be debited
  4. Create a one-time PIN for verification at the ATM
  5. Your 0-14 digit withdrawal code will be sent via SMS
  6. Locate the nearest UBA ATM or any ATM with cardless withdrawal feature enabled
  7. Enter any key at ATM
  8. Select cardless withdrawal or paycode
  9. Enter the 0-14 digit withdrawal passcode
  10. Enter your one-time PIN for verification
  11. Enter amount to withdraw
  12. Wait for your cash

UBA cardless withdrawal with mobile app

To perform cardless withdrawal using the UBA app, follow the below:

  1. Download the UBA mobile app and register, if you haven’t done so before
  2. Login to the app with your User ID and password or fingerprint
  3. Select cardless withdrawal feature
  4. Enter amount
  5. Create a one time PIN for verification at the ATM
  6. Enter Mobile app PIN
  7. Your 0-14 digit withdrawal code will be generated
  8. Locate the nearest UBA ATM or any bank ATM with cardless withdrawal enabled
  9. Enter any key at ATM
  10. Select cardless withdrawal or paycode
  11. Enter the 0-14 digit withdrawal passcode
  12. Enter your one-time PIN for verification
  13. Enter amount to withdraw
  14. Wait for your cash

NOTE: You are allowed to withdraw maximum of 20,000 naira daily.

UBA cardless withdrawal with internet banking

To perform cardless withdrawal with internet banking, you need to have registered with UBA internet banking. If you haven’t, proceed to do so:

  1. On internet banking, select cardless withdrawal to get a withdrawal code
  2. On the ATM select cradles withdrawal
  3. Input the withdrawal code
  4. Follow the on-screen prompt

You can perform the ATM biometric cash withdrawal by following the below:

  1. Tap on the ATM screen or press the enter key to select cardless MENU
  2. Select biometric option
  3. Select transaction option (balance inquiry or withdrawal)
  4. Place your right thumb or index finger or fingerprint scanner for 5 seconds
  5. Enter your UBA account number
  6. Select the amount to withdraw and collect your cash

NOTE: The maximum amount you can withdraw is 100,000 naira daily.
