2020 was the year of smart contract programs, from forsage, fortron, bank of tron, forsage tron and the rest, it was almost as if there was a new smart contract platform launching each day.
At first these smart contracts were built on the ethereum blockchain, but as a result of the high network fee, TRON became a more favorable option for building smart contracts, as it was way cheaper and also faster.
It seems that in 2021, the trend is not going to buck, as we now have a new smart contract platform that is built on the TRON blockchain known as incomatrix.
Incomatrix is built in such a way that it ensures that every person who joins will earn money, it doesn’t matter if you are an upline or downline, the money is distributed evenly.

What is a smart contract?
A smart contract is a contract that executes itself, an agreement between a buyer and a seller is written into a few lines of code, this code exists across a distributed/decentralized blockchain network.
Once a smart contract is deployed, it cannot be changed, hacked and it is irreversible. With the smart contract, there is no need for a central authority.
What is TRON?
TRON is a blockchain based decentralized platform that aims to build a free, global digital content entertainment system with distributed storage technology and allows easy and cost effective sharing of digital content.
TRON was founded in 2017 and is headed by Justin sun. It basic goal is to bridge the gap between content creators and content consumers by eliminating the middleman.
What is Incomatrix?
According to its website “Incomatrix is a smart contract with an 100% unique concept. A smart contract that might change the entire smart contract industry, if not the entire network marketing industry. When we talk about the future of smart contracts and network marketing, we are talking about Incomatrix.”
Incomatrix is made up of three different programs that let you earn; these programs are all interconnected together. They are:
- A network program
- A shareholder program
- An investment program
How to earn on Incomatrix
There are two ways to accumulate TRON on Incomatrix, the referral based & the non-referral based.
Referral-based earnings: System 1
System 1: i-Pay
The name of the first referral-based System is i-Pay.
i-Pay is a personal referral matrix. It contains three manual matrixes.
i3, i4 and i16.
i3 Matrix:
In the i3 you will receive 80% of the income of every referral you make. Every referral will fill a slot in your i3 Matrix. There are 3 slots available, the income of the first and the second slot will go directly to your wallet.
The third slot is used for reinvesting, which ensures that you will be able to earn over and over again. The 80% of the last position (red person in the picture) is transferred to your upline.
This work by a feature called “Follow me” which guarantees that each time one of your referrals cycle, they will be placed under you again through the reinvest.
When your downlines upgrade to a higher slot, they will make you receive more payments. I think you get the point of the i3 Matrix; it is useful for the ones who refer a lot!
And you may wonder where the other 20% of your income goes. The 20% aren’t lost, something great will happens to those 20%.
So summed up, ~53% of every position that fills your matrix is going directly to your wallet.
i4 Matrix:
In the i4 you will also earn through your referrals, but additionally there is overflow from the top and bottom integrated. Everyone of your referrals will fill a slot in the i4 matrix, as well as the spillover/overflow you receive from your down- and/or upline.
Here you also receive 80% of the income, with the difference that the 80% of the first, second and sixth position (red persons in the picture) goes to your upline and the third, fourth and fifth position is going directly to your wallet.
So summed up, 40% of every position that fills your matrix is going directly to your wallet.

i16 Matrix:
The i16 is the ultimate Teambuilding matrix. It will be released 2 weeks after the contract launch.
In this Matrix also 80% of the income is distributed. The incomes from the first and the second slot are going to your upline (like i4). But the other 28 positions are where it’s getting interesting!
This has the potential to distribute MASSIVE spills, because the rest of the income is shared with your Team! And this happens by distributing the rest of the Percentage with the two lines above the filled position.
The upline of the Person, who filled a position in your Matrix, will always receive the higher value of the divided percentages and the upline of your upline will always receive the lower value of the divided percentages.
Summed up, you earn 35% of every filled position in your matrix.
The selling point of this matrix is not only the massive spillover, it’s also the capability to create massive teams, where you as the inviter, earn your piece, while your downlines and referrals benefit extremely well.
Referral-based earnings: System 2
System 2: i-Free
The name of the second referral-based System is i-Free.
This matrix is free. You don’t need to pay for it. It works 100% automatic, and you don’t need to actively pay to activate higher slots. It works for you with an unlimited earning potential.
Ai3 Matrix:
The way the income is distributed is similar to the way it is distributed in the i3. The only difference is the way it’s financed and they the upgrades work!
As you don’t need to (and can’t) activate it manually, it must be activated through a different way. It works by collecting the FIRST payment you receive in the SECOND cycle, in the FIRST Slot, of the i3.
From there, it works 100% automatic. Upgrade costs are taken from the profits you receive in the Ai3. The persons who fill the Slots of your Ai3 Matrix are your referrals from the i3 Matrix. It works by a feature called “Follow Me”. They will be placed here, once they reached the second cycle of i3 and collected the first payment.
Ai4 Matrix:
The activation and upgrades in Ai4 work similar to the way the Ai3 works, with the only difference that that it’s activated through the i4 Matrix (First payment of the second cycle in the first slot).
The income is distributed similar to the way it is distributed in the i4 Matrix, Spillover/Overflow, as well as “Follow me” are integrated.
Non-referral-based earnings: System 1
System 1: i-Global
This is one of most unique features of Incomatrix. Because you are going to become a shareholder. A real shareholder.
To prevent people from opening multiple accounts which won’t upgrade and neither invite, only the 20% income of the Slots you activated will be distributed to you.
So, for example: If you bought to Slot 5 in the i3, you would receive a part of the 20% of all the profits in i3’s Slots 1–5, but the 20% of the profits from Slot 6+ will only be distributed to the ones who upgraded that far!
The problems, of other global/automatic systems were that people would activate multiple “zombie accounts” that aren’t adding any value to the community.
In order to benefit highly from the iGlobal, you need to upgrade your Slots, and upgrading your Slots not only makes it possible for you to benefit from iGlobal, you would, obviously, benefit from the matrixes itself.

So summed up, you are going to invest an amount of your choice (starting from 25trx) into i-Invest, where the Incomatrix Investment Team, is going to provide you income for the next 500days on a daily basis and guarantees you, to get 100% of your investment back within the first 2–5 months after your investment.
25trx of the 75trx entrance fee will automatically be used for this investment. You then can add funds and deposit what you want to invest at any time.
